SYNERGY FINISH (Patent Pending), an extraordinary new fabric finish developed by Darbyco, LLC, eliminates the growth of bacteria on fabrics and is anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and non-carcinogenic. This finish is permanent for the life of the fabric and is machine washable. It has full resistance to many other staining agents as specified in the test certifications. No living organism will grow on fabrics treated with our finish. Our finish is totally breathable and is "GREEN". Darbyco, LLC/Home Fabric Finishing is pleased to announce that the EPA has certified and licensed Synergy Finish with Go Away to be labeled as "Bed Bug Resistant." Synergy Finish with Go Away kills bed bugs, yet is safe for skin contact.

This finish resists stains and repels liquids, but yet is machine washable and is permanent for the life of the fabric. It will benefit markets such as hospitality, hospitals, bedding, outdoor furniture, commercial offices, cubicles, healthcare, restaurants, churches, cruise lines, theaters and more.

This finish resists ketchup, mustard, coffee, red wine, sauces, suntan lotion, blood, urine, feces and even pure bleach and acetone.

130 Inch Wide Finishing Available

We now have 130" wide width finishing available and are able to do all types of finishing including flame retardant finishing. We have developed a barrier fabric that passes all IMO and British 5852 specifications. This process works on all fabrics including outdoor. We are now able to treat carpet with our Synergy Finish up to 130" wide. We presently finish widths from 45" to 130" wide.

Flame Retardant and Other Available Finishes

We can scour and heat set, apply foam coatings, foam backed blackout crushed foam finishes, latex backings, laminate and many other surface finishes. In addition, we are able to process Treveria CS with Synergy Finish without negating it's FR characteristics. Our Flame Retardant Finishes also pass MVS 302, Upholstery 601, Drapery 701, plus bedding finishes including 1633 specifications. We also apply 701 FR finish successfully to 100% Solution Dyed Acrylics
